DIRECTIONS TO THE OLD RECTORY

CROOM, CO. LIMERICK.

COMING FROM LIMERICK/ADARE

Take the M20/21 to Exit 5, the N20 turn-off to Cork and Croom. Follow the N20 south for about 10 kms. After you pass the Croom-Ballingary exit, go under the bridge. We are one km further south, on the right hand side, the 2nd entrance. There will be balloons at the end of the drive, and it is signposted.

COMING THROUGH CROOM

Go through the village in the direction of Cork (South), cross the Maigue river, go straight through a small roundabout, passing the church on the left, to the next roundabout. Take the 3rd  exit signposted for N20 and Cork. Join the N20 carefully and the Rectory entrance is one km further south, on the right hand side, the 2nd entrance. There will be balloons at the end of the drive, and it is signposted.

WHEN TURNING RIGHT INTO THE RECTORY: PLEASE WATCH IN YOUR MIRROR FOR CARS COMING UP FAST BEHIND YOU.

IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM, AND ESPECIALLY IF IT IS DARK, OR THERE IS A LOT OF TRAFFIC, CONTINUE ON TO THE NEXT RIGHT HAND TURN, SIGNPOSTED FOR GRANAGH, AND TURN THERE. COMING BACK UP WE ARE FIRST ON THE LEFT.

COMING FROM CHARLEVILLE DIRECTION

Take the N20 North through Banogue. After the series of dangerous bends, the road improves where the Croom bye-pass starts. The entrance to the Old Rectory is approximately 200 meters past the left turn signposted for Granagh. It is before the large brown sign for the amenities of Croom.
